Andrew P. Butsko, of West Mifflin, died on Tuesday, March 3, 2020 in Jefferson Regional Medical Center, two days before his 83rd birthday. Born in Duquesne on March 5, 1937, he was the son of the late Andrew and Mary (Sersen) Butsko. Mr. Butsko was a member of Holy Trinity Roman Catholic Church, West Mifflin and proudly served his country in the U.S. Army. He was a former employee of the former U.S. Steel Corporation, Homestead Works, and a retired State Corrections Officer at the Graterford Correction Facility. He is survived by a son, Brian (Marlo) Butsko, of Clairton, a sister, Nancy Cebek, of North Huntingdon, three grandchildren,Brandon, Brady and Briq, and longtime friend and companion, Mary Petkovich.
Friends and family will be received on Thursday, March 5, 2020 from 2-8 P.M. in the William S. Skovranko Memorial Home, Inc., 828 Richford Street, Duquesne. A Blessing Service will be held in the Memorial Home on Friday March 6, 2020 at 10 A.M. Burial will follow in Holy Trinity Cemetery, West Mifflin.
