Ann K. (Husar) Capristo, 86, of Duquesne, Passed peacefully to her eternal reward on Monday, October 15, 2018, at home. Born October 20, 1931, in Duquesne, she was the daughter of the late Mike and Mary (Matovich) Husar. Mrs Capristo was a faithfull member of Holy Trinity Roman Catholic Church, West Mifflin and a meticulous seamstress. She was the beloved wife of 67 years to Gene Capristo, she is also survived by her loving daughter, Cindi and her husband Dennis Caiarelli, of Duquesne, a son, Dean Capristo and his partner Susan Brockman of North Huntingdon, two grandsons, Ryan and his wife Vicky Caiarelli, and Nathan Caiarelli, four great grand daughters, Kaitlyn, Ava, Mia and Cami, and a sister, Maryann (Byron) Rider of Ohio. She was also preceded in death by a sister Olga Zhukas of Glassport.
Family and friends will be received from 2-4 and 6-8 P.M. Friday, October 19, 2018 in the William S. Skovranko Memorial Home, Inc., Richford and Commonwealth Ave., Duquesne. A Blessing in the Memorial Home on Saturday October 20th at 10:30 A.M. will be followed by Mass of Christian Burial, on her 87th birthday, at 11 A.M. with Rev. Thomas Lewandowski as celebrant, in Holy Trinity Church, West Mifflin. Rest in peace beautiful mother, for God has called you home. You are loved and will be missed.
