George B. Ondeck, 99, of West Mifflin, died peacefully on Friday January 17, 2014 in U.P.M.C. Mercy. Born in Duquesne October 3, 1914, he was the son of the late George T. and Mary (Fedore) Ondeck. Mr. Ondeck was a member of Holy Trinity Roman atholic Church, West Mifflin, and a retired Maintenance Foreman in the former U.S. Steel Duquesne Works B.O.P. shop. He was the beloved husband of the late Helen (Jeroski) Ondeck Mr. Ondeck is survived by three sons, Denny (Michele)Ondeck of Elizabeth Twp., Tom (Pamela) Ondeck of Murrysville, and Ray (Marian) Ondeck of McMurray; a daughter, Marianne (Ronald) Woody of Export; a sister, Mary Oeler of California, 13 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a brother, John Ondeck and two sisters, Anna Hudak and Helen Kuzo.
Family and friends will be received on Sunday January 19th from 2-4 and 6-8 P.M. in the William S. Skovranko Memorial Home, Richford and Commonwealth Ave., Duquesne. A Blessing in the Memorial Home on Monday  at 9:30 A.M. will be followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 10 A.M. in Holy Trinity Church with Rev. Joseph Grosko as celebrant. Burial will follow in Holy Trinity Cemetery, West Mifflin.
