Grace M. (Horgas) Tarczy

Grace M. (Horgas) Tarczy, of West Mifflin formerly of Duquesne, died Saturday March 10, 2012 in U.P.M.C. Presbyterian, Pittsburgh. Born in Duquesne, July 19, 1930 she was the daughter of the late Joseph G. and Mary Vesonder Horgas and beloved wife of the late George C. Tarczy. Grace was a member of Holy Trinity Roman Catholic Church, West Mifflin, the Confraternity of Christian Mothers of Holy Trinity Church and the Jednota Lodge. She was also a former secretary and mentor of the Duquesne School District. She was the loving mother of Valerie (John) Belback of West Mifflin, beloved sister of Justine Kozak of Duquesne, and grandmother of Jeffrey Belback (Erin Wagley) of Forest Hills. She is also survived by two nieces, Andrea Long and Donna Palesko and a nephew Barry Kozak.
Friends will be received from 2-4 and 6-9 P.M. on Monday in the William S. Skovranko Memorial Home, Richford & Commonwealth Ave., Duquesne. A Blessing in the Memorial Home on Tuesday March 13, 2012 at 9:30 A.M. will be followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 10 A.M. in Holy Trinity Church with Rev. Joseph Grosko as celebrant. Burial will follow in Holy Trinity Cemetery, West Mifflin.
