Helen B. (Cmar) Klich, 91, of Duquesne, died Sunday October 6, 2013, in UPMC McKeesport. Born in Duquesne, Sept.25, 1922, she was the daughter of the late Andrew and Mary (Tecak) Cmar, Sr. A retired executive secretary for the former Gimbels Department Store, Mrs. Klich was a member of the Holy Trinity Roman Catholic Church, West Mifflin, it’s Confraternity of Christian Mothers, The Catholic Daughters of America, Catholic Sokol Club, K of C Senior Citizens and Senior Citizens of West Mifflin. Beloved wife of the late Paul Klich. She is survived by a son, Dr. Richard (Adriana) Klich of Mechanicsburg; a daughter, Sharon (Daniel) Lewis of Oakton, VA., a brother, Andrew (Audrey) Cmar of North Huntingdon; a sister, Mary (Spatz) Slepecki of Duquesne; four grandchildren, Aryn Marsh, Avryl Blum, Daniel Lewis, and Jocelyn Lewis, two great-grandchildren Ralph & Samuel Marsh: and several nieces and nephews. She also was preceded in death by a brother Edward Cmar.
Friends will be received from 4:30 to 7 P.M. on Tuesday in the William S. Skovranko Memorial Home, Richford and Commonwealth Ave., Duquesne. A Blessing in the Memorial Home on Wednesday , October 9, 2013, at 9:30 A.M. will be followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 A.M. in Holy Trinity Church with Rev. Joseph Grosko as celebrant. Burial will follow in Holy Trinity Cemetery, West Mifflin.
