Helen A. (Bosnyak) Wahly

Helen A. (Bosnyak) Wahly, 94, lifelong resident of Duquesne, died peacefully on Monday, September 7, 2015. Born March 17, 1921 in Chalfont Boro, she was the daughter of the late Vincent and Anna (Fedor) Bosnyak, and the beloved wife of the late Julian W. Wahly. A former employee of Westinghouse Electric Corp., she was a member of Resurrection R.C. Church, West Mifflin. She is survived by two daughters; Rebecca W. (Charles) Woolsey and Cynthia S. Isadore, both of Duquesne, six grandchildren; Julian, Jeffery, and Jason Wahly of Danville, PA., Kevin (Beth) Kinney of Duluth, Minn., Kimberly (Michael) Voth of McKinney TX., and Jennifer (Dave) Cunningham of North Versailles, five great granchildren, and long time friends, Al and Lynn Sabol. In addition to her husband, Mrs. Wahly was preceded in death by a son, Julian V. Wahly and a brother, Robert Bosnyak.

Family and friends will be received on Wednesday Sept. 9, 2015 in the William S. Skovranko Memorial Home Richford and Commonwealth Ave., Duquene, from 2 P.M. until time of services at 8 P.M.. Private family burial will take place in Penn Lincoln Memorial Park, North Huntingdon.
