James W. Hartman, 69, of West Mifflin Died Sunday, March 22, 2015 in Jefferson Regional Medical Center. Born in McKeesport, October 6, 1945, He was the son of the late William and Anne (Pundzak) Hartman. He is survived by two daughters, Christine and Kimberly Hartman and a brother, Alan Hartman.
