Joann L. Tarcy

Joann L. Tarcy, 71, of Sherman Oaks, California, fell asleep in the Lord on Wednesday, June 26, 2018 at home. Born in McKeesport, May 29, 1947, she was the daughter of the late Joseph A. and Ann (Radvansky) Tarcy. She was a member of SS. Peter and Paul Byzantine Catholic Church, Duquesne and a retired legal secretary. She is survived by her brother and sister-in-law, Joseph and Patricia Tarcy of Irwin.

Friends will be received in the William S. Skovranko Memorial Home, Inc., Richford and Commonwealth Ave., Duquesne, on Monday, July 9, 2018 from 10 A.M. until 10:30 A.M. when a Panachida service will be offered by Rev. John Cuccaro. Funeral Liturgy will follow at 11A.M. in SS. Peter and Paul Church followed by burial in SS. Peter and Paul Cemetery, West Mifflin.
