Joseph Bachofsky

Joseph “Snuffy” Bachofsky, 86, of Turtle Creek, formerly of Duquesne, fell asleep in the Lord Friday May 25, 2012. Born in Duquesne, March 16, 1926 he was the son of the late Michael and Anna Potoma Bachofsky. He was a retired employee of U. S. Steel, Duquesne Works and a U. S. Army Korean War veteran. He is survived by two nieces; Micheleen Ando of Munhall and Eleanor Pogyor of California, and three nephews; John Andrew Bachofsky of White Oak, Richard Bachofsky of Wexford and Rev. Kenneth Bachofsky of Warren, Ohio.

    Friends will be received on Tuesday May 29, 2012 in the William S. Skovranko Memorial Home, Richford and Commonwealth Ave., Duquesne from 11 A.M. until 1 P.M. at which time funeral services will be conducted by his Godson, Rev. Kenneth Bachofsky. Burial will follow in McKeesport – Versailles Cemetery, McKeesport.
