Mary Helen (Skolnik) Kozak

Mary Helen Kozak, 86, of North Hunyingdon, formerly of Duquesne, died peacefully, Thursday, April 26, 2018, in the Grove at Irwin. Born in McKeesport, March 11, 1932, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Mary (Skolnik) Fuzak. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her husband, Stephen Kozak and a son, Stephen F. Kozak. She is survived by a daughter Carrie Kozak of North Huntingdon, and a grandson, Charles Stephen Thomas of Wexford.

Family and friends will be received from 2-4 and 6-8 P.M. on Sunday, April 29, 2018, in the William S. Skovranko Memorial Home, Inc., Richford and Commonwealth Avenue, Duquesne. Funeral Services will be conducted in the Memorial Home at 10 A.M. Monday April 30, 2018. Burial will follow in Jefferson Memorial Park, Pleasant Hills.
