William A. Algeri

William A. Algeri, 67, of West Mifflin, died peacefully December 12, 2015, in U.P.M.C. McKeesport. Born July 11, 1948, in McKeesport, he was the son of the late William and Margaret (Berwick) Algeri. He was a retired Machinist of the former Rennekampe Block Company, Pittsburgh, and proudly served his country in the U.S. Army. He is survived by his loving wife Irene (Zavacky) Algeri, cherished daughter, Erika (Mark) Fedorowski, only sister, Joann (Dave) Forgey, his precious adopted granddaughter, Bailey, and his faithful feline companion, Bella, all of West Mifflin. Also surviving are several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
The family would like to thank the entire staff of Select Specialty Hospital of McKeesport for their love, support, and "beyond excellence" care. They also request donations be made to either The National Kidney Foundation or The Animal Rescue League of Pittsburgh. Per Mr. Algeri's request, there is no visitation and all services are private.
